Easy Returns

 

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal care products, opened electronics, or custom orders) are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll send you simple instructions and a return shipping label.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

We take pride in our quality control, but if we made a mistake, we’ll cover all return costs and make it right ASAP.
